The Congress is held in order to discuss the issues of building synergetic cooperation in the framework of innovative support activity of small and medium enterprises support between government agencies and structures, development institutions and infrastructure organizations at the Federal and regional levels, educational and scientific institutions and organizations, as well as interstate cooperation in this field.
Russian Union of Innovation and Technology Centers (RUITC) is a non-profit organization created in 2000 within framework of Russian Government programm for SMEs to support innovative infrastructure, innovation and technology centers, technoparks, science parks, business incubators and others.
The Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises (FASIE) is a non-commercial state organization set up by the Russian government. The company provides loans to small innovative enterprises (SIE) with the objective of tapping the huge scientific/technical assets of Russia into economic development and to promote high-tech entrepreneurship. FASIE takes part in a number of bilateral & multilateral international programs; it served as National Contact Point for the EU FP7 & has been just appointed as the Horizon 2020 National Contact Point in Russia.
