After graduation from University of Belgrade, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, as the recipient of a scholarship of the governments of Serbia and France, PhD Ivan Rakonjac completed post-graduate (Master) studies in the field of industrial systems engineering at L’École Centrale Paris, and later a specialized course in industrial innovation, at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Bologna. He holds a PhD in mechanical engineering from University of Belgrade.

He has more than ten years of experience in the manufacturing sector, in the development and application of new products, quality control and production management. He managed numerous projects from the field of energy efficiency of public and urban lighting, as well as the environmental impact of lighting, comfort and safety of work areas and open public spaces.

Rakonjac started his lecturing career at the College of Project Management in Belgrade. He is assistant professor at the Faculty of Project and Innovation Management, University EDUCONS. 

Since 2015, he is Managing Director of the Innovation Fund. 

Silvi is a native Italian/Albanian and works at the Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME).

As a Project Advisor in the Enterprise Europe Network team. She supports the Network Partners to manage their contractual obligations. Network Partners are business local organizations such as chambers of commerce, regional development agencies or universities.

In 2014, she graduated from the Master's degree program of the National Research Technological University MISIS (Department of Engineering of Technological Machines and Equipment).

In 2016, she defended her MBA degree at the Fraunhofer Institute of Technology in Aachen (Germany). Specialty "Technology and Innovation Management".

In 1993, with German partners, she founded the company JSC - today CJSC Firm PERMANENT K &M, is its Co-owner and CEO to the present.

Since 2011, he has been a member of the Investment Policy Committee of the CCI of the Russian Federation, heads the working group on the development of engineering.

Since 2013, he has been Chairman of the Presidium of the International Center for Engineering and Innovation.

Since 2014, he has been a member of the Scientific Coordinating Council for the implementation of the state subprogram for the Development of Engineering and Industrial Design of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.
